Land Rover Part Number: 8510295 - IRD Output Drive Flange Kit
8510295 is an IRD output drive flange kit. Fitted to the IRD unit output, the flange secures and seals the connection to the front propshaft and transmits rotational drive into the front propshaft assembly; it is the mechanical interface that locates and holds the propshaft at the IRD output face. The kit replaces part number IEA500010 and includes the sealing elements required at the IRD output (the original seal TRX100170 is no longer available separately). Correct installation preserves the IRD output sealing surface, helps prevent transfer box fluid loss and reduces the risk of driveline vibration when fitted and torqued correctly.
