For 30 years Britpart has been supplying quality parts and accessories for Land Rover users across the world, and now we are very proud to announce that from 1st October 2010 all* Britpart parts and accessories will be backed by an industry leading 2 year guarantee.

With a recent multi-million pound investment in the best Land Rover products and with extensive investment in new staff, equipment and procedures, we are convinced this new guarantee will give consumers more confidence in Britpart products. This is backed up with our approval by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to BS EN ISO 9001:2008.

This pioneering guarantee will cover over 12,000 parts from our extensive parts catalogue, from filters to clutches and from winches to shock absorbers, confidence in the products we supply is assured. If any part is found to be defective following an inspection by our quality team due to faulty materials or workmanship, then that part will be replaced free of charge.

UK and EU Carriage Costs

We will refund your return carriage costs and send your replacement parts out carriage-free if returned parts are accepted as faulty. We believe we are the only supplier of Land Rover parts to offer this level of service throughout the EU (you must agree your costs with us beforehand).

Quick Decisions

We are normally obliged to return goods to Britpart for inspection before replacements or refunds are issued but we will make an exception where goods are obviously faulty.

Technical Knowledge

With over 64 years in the industry, we know what we are talking about when it comes to Land Rovers and Range Rovers. We work on your behalf as a valued customer, and our own Independent Land Rover Workshop will inspect any items considered to be faulty. An inspection report will be submitted with each return to the manufacturer.

Notwithstanding the above guarantees, returns to Britpart are currently less than 2%, and they have made noticeable improvements in quality over the last 2 years.

Unwanted Goods

Unwanted or wrongly ordered goods can be returned from anywhere in the EU within 3 weeks of purchase. There is a 15% re-stocking charge.
