We strive to answer all emailed Customer Service enquiries within 2 hours during business hours and before 10am on the next working day if you have emailed while we are closed.
For urgent customer service please telephone us on the number shown in the page header. Our phone lines are open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday (UK Time).
PLEASE NOTE: Our Customer Service Department is closed on all UK holiday days but our website and warehouse continue to process orders 365 days a year.
