Returns & Refunds

In the event that the parts you purchased are unwanted or an incorrect fitment, we would like to make the return process as easy as possible. We accept the return of unwanted goods within 3 weeks of ordering subject to a 10% re-stocking charge and your acceptance of shipping fees.

12 Month Warranty

In the rare event that your goods prove to be faulty or your package is damaged LRDirect will replace the goods and pay for return carriage. Where a fault is obvious and at our discretion we will send a replacement part as soon as we have inspected your return. Goods with internal or electronic faults will need to be returned to the manufacturer for a decision.
