AEU1718 is a front right hand brake caliper for solid (non-vented) discs. Fitted to the right-hand front wheel, it converts hydraulic pressure from the brake lines into mechanical clamping force on the brake pads and includes twin brake hose fittings to accept the vehicle's flexible brake hoses. It is used on Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models fitted with solid front discs; check hose routing and perform a full bleed of the brake system during installation. The matching left-hand caliper is part number AEU1719.
