AFR710230 is a Left-Hand Rear Wing Stay. This stay secures the left-hand (driver side) outer rear wing to the rear body lower on long-wheelbase Defender models. Fitted to the rear body lower mountings on 110 and 130 wheelbase Defender variants, the stay locates and supports the outer rear wing, transfers static and dynamic loads into the body structure and resists vibration and movement; it is removed and refitted during panel replacement or repair to restore correct panel alignment and gap. Replacement is required if the stay is bent, fractured or suffers significant corrosion that affects its mounting faces or bolt holes.
