Land Rover Part Number: AMR1495 - Fuel Tank Sender Unit - Diesel
AMR1495 is a fuel tank sender unit for diesel vehicles. Fitted into the top of the rear-mounted fuel tank on diesel Defender 110 and 130 wheelbase models (VIN range JA915358 to WA159806), this in-tank sender provides the fuel level signal to the instrument cluster. Replacement of the sender restores correct fuel level reporting and prevents inaccurate gauge readings. The unit mounts into the tank top and connects to the vehicle wiring via the tank's electrical connector and a retaining ring; before fitting, check that the electrical connector and wiring match the existing installation and that the tank access area is clean and free from debris.
Please note: Remember to buy a new fitting ring ARA1501L and seal ARA1502L at the same time.
