Land Rover Part Number: AMR3661 - Headlamp Wash Pump Assembly
AMR3661 is a Headlamp Wash Pump Assembly fitted to the windscreen and headlamp washer system on Discovery 1 models. The unit contains an electric motor driving an internal impeller that draws washer fluid from the reservoir and supplies pressurised fluid to the headlamp washer nozzles through the washer plumbing. It connects to the vehicle wiring harness with a two-pin electrical connector and to the washer hose by a push-fit outlet, and is typically mounted under the bodywork or inboard of the bonnet. Regular inspection of the pump and associated hoses will help identify leaks, blockages or electrical faults that can prevent fluid delivery to the headlamp nozzles.
