ANR1808 is an engine and gearbox rubber mounting. Fitted between the engine/transmission assembly and the chassis on 4-cylinder units up to and including the 200Tdi, this mount locates and cushions the power unit to reduce vibration and to control driveline movement under acceleration and gear changes. Correct condition of the rubber element is important to maintain alignment of the engine and gearbox and to prevent excess load being transferred to adjacent brackets and fixings.
