CWC500190 is a door barrel lock supplied with two matching keys. Fitted to later Defender models, the longer barrel provides the keyed locking cylinder that operates the door latch by converting key rotation into mechanical movement within the latch assembly. This longer length is used where the door latch or door furniture requires greater insertion depth and can replace the shorter barrel when a new door latch is fitted to an older vehicle; always check barrel length and key profile before installation.
Please note: Not suitable for models with the locking steering column.
