DA1178 | Lever Kit - Diff Lock - LT230 - Early Models | Discovery 2

Diff lock lever with part number DA1178. This linkage and lever enables the Differential lock function on transfer cases starting with the serial numbers 41D and 42D. Easy to fit, just attach the original high/low stud to this assembly. Easy to fit linkage, cable operated and neat. Kit will only work on transfer cases with serial numbers starting with either 41D or 42D.

Early Discovery 2 models did not have a centre diff lock function for the LT230 transfer box although the vehicles still have the mechanicals for it to work inside the transfer case, in order to get the diff lock function to work it just needs this link.
