DA2781 is a rear suspension kit for classic Land Rover Series short-wheelbase models, pairing 3-leaf parabolic rear springs with long-travel dampers and the required hardware to refresh ride compliance and control on the back axle.
Please note: Angle/caster correction wedges are supplied but only needed on some vehicles—measure pin/caster angles first, renew corroded U-bolts, and torque all fasteners to specification before road testing.
What does DA2781 do?
The DA2781 kit replaces tired multi-leaf rear springs and shocks with parabolic leaves and matched dampers. Parabolic leaves flex more freely to reduce harshness and improve axle articulation, while the dampers control rebound to maintain stability under load and over rough terrain.
