Land Rover Part Number: DA6601 - X-Defend Pedal Lock (RHD, Defender up to TD5, Non–A/C)
DA6601 is an X-Defend pedal security lock for right-hand-drive Land Rover Defenders. It bolts to the floor and, when locked, physically prevents the clutch, brake and throttle pedals from being operated; when unlocked it folds flat to form part of the floor so there’s nothing heavy to store.
Please note: For RHD Defenders up to and including TD5 without air-conditioning. Not suitable for 2007-on TDCi/Puma or LHD vehicles.
What does DA6601 do?
The DA6601 X-Defend lock immobilizes the driver’s pedals with a robust hinged cover that bolts to the vehicle’s floor. By blocking pedal travel, it makes the vehicle practically undriveable when engaged, adding a strong, visible theft deterrent while remaining discreet and flat when stowed.
