ERR1605 is an Oil Separator Drain Hose fitted to the oil separator assembly on 2.5L naturally aspirated and 200Tdi engines. The hose routes separator drainage to the engine oil drain and returns any condensed oil or carry-over from the separator into the engine oil drain. Check the hose and its connections during routine servicing for signs of wear, hardening, blockages or oil leaks.
