ERR3291 | Thermostat - 88?C - 300Tdi | Defender, Discovery 1, Range Rover Classic

ERR3291 is a temperature-controlled valve that opens at 88?C to allow coolant to flow from the engine to the radiator. Located in the thermostat housing on 2.5L 300Tdi engines, it helps the engine reach and maintain its normal operating temperature; a thermostat that sticks closed can cause overheating, while one that sticks open may result in poor warm-up and reduced efficiency.
