ERR4815 is an O-ring used to seal the camshaft position sensor at its mounting on 4.0 V8 EFI petrol engines. Fitted around the sensor body where it sits in the cylinder head, this seal prevents engine oil from entering the sensor housing and causing faults; replace if the ring is perished or damaged to maintain an oil-tight fit.
