ETC8751 is a turbocharger for the 2.5L 200Tdi engine fitted to Defender models. Fitted to the exhaust manifold and connected to the intake system on 200Tdi installations, the unit converts exhaust gas energy to compressed intake air to increase the engine air charge. The assembly includes the turbine and compressor housings, the shaft and rotating assembly, and oil feed/return interfaces; correct oil supply and cleanliness are critical for bearing life and reliable operation.
Please note: When swapping out a failed turbo, flush the engine oil to remove potential contamination.
