FTC4962 is a 26-tooth mainshaft gear for the LT230 transfer box. Fitted to the transfer box mainshaft, it meshes with the mating gears inside the LT230 to provide a 1.4:1 ratio, altering rotational speed and torque between the input and output shafts to transfer drive to the front and rear outputs as designed by the unit's gearing.
