Land Rover Part Number: FTC5200 - Clutch Release Bearing
FTC5200 is a Clutch Release Bearing. Fitted to the clutch release fork on compatible LT77 and R380 5-speed manual transmissions, it provides a low-friction interface between the moving transmission release mechanism and the clutch diaphragm spring so the release mechanism can disengage the driven plate from the flywheel during gear changes. Correct bearing operation reduces vibration and wear on the clutch facing and release components and helps maintain a smooth pedal feel on manual transmissions fitted with the specified 5-speed gearboxes.
Please note: Not suitable for use with single billet flywheel upgrades - use PSD103470BRG.

Frequently Asked Questions
The FTC5200 clutch release bearing locates on the clutch release fork and provides a low-friction contact with the diaphragm spring so axial movement from the fork can release the clutch pressure plate and separate the driven plate from the flywheel. It is specified for use with LT77 and R380 5-speed manual gearboxes and helps reduce wear and maintain smooth pedal feel when functioning correctly.
