JGO000021 is a heater blower switch regulator that provides the final stage of speed control for the vehicle HEVAC blower motor. Fitted in the passenger footwell, the unit contains a row of current-limiting resistors (the final stage resistor) which regulates current to the blower motor and allows selectable fan speeds.
