JRP100000 is a condenser fan assembly for the air conditioning system. Fitted to the Discovery 2, the assembly mounts to the condenser and provides forced airflow through the condenser to remove heat from the refrigerant when vehicle speed alone cannot supply adequate cooling. As part of the air conditioning cooling chain, it supports refrigerant condensation across a range of operating conditions; replacing the unit restores condenser airflow when the fan is damaged or non-operational and when condenser airflow performance is reduced.
