JTB100370 is a trinary pressure switch for R134a air conditioning systems. Fitted to the air conditioning condenser circuit, the switch monitors both low- and high-pressure conditions and will interrupt compressor engagement when pressures move outside safe thresholds to protect the system.
Please note: Do not use this switch on R12 Freon systems; R134a operates at higher pressures and fitting this switch to an R12 system may prevent the system from shutting off and cause damage.
