KKB500630 is an engine mounting used on Range Rover Sport models fitted with the 5.0 AJ-V8. It secures the engine to the subframe and absorbs vibration, locating and restraining the engine laterally and longitudinally while damping vibration and torque reaction during driving and gear changes. Fitted to the front left or front right side of the engine installation, the mount transfers engine loads into the vehicle structure, reducing movement felt in the bodyshell and helping to prevent excess stress on ancillary components such as the exhaust and intake while maintaining alignment between the engine and transmission.
