The KVF100090 is a body-to-chassis frame rubber mount that sits at a body mounting point on Discovery 2 ladder-frame vehicles. It isolates structure-borne vibration and its blue rubber element allows controlled deflection while limiting lateral and fore-aft movement. When the rubber perishes or the mount shows play, increased rattles, altered panel gaps and extra stress on adjacent attachments are common symptoms indicating replacement is required.
