LR004437 is a piston pin and ring, fitted to the piston assembly of the 2.4L Duratorq-TDCi HPCR 140PS Puma engine in Land Rover Defender models from 2007 to 2016. The piston pin (gudgeon pin) provides the pivot between the piston and the connecting rod and transmits combustion loads to the crankshaft while permitting the piston to articulate.
