LR006866 is a fuel pressure relief valve for the injector fuel rail on 2.4 Puma diesel engines. Fitted into the end of the injector fuel rail, the valve provides the primary pressure release for the high-pressure common-rail fuel system. A secondary relief valve, LR019009, fits between this valve and the fuel pipe. Inspect sealing faces and the valve condition during fuel-system maintenance to ensure correct sealing and to help prevent leaks or pressure faults.
