Land Rover Part Number: LR007474 - Transmission Oil Sump - ZF 6 Speed
LR007474 is a transmission oil sump (pan assembly) for ZF 6-speed automatic gearboxes, supplied complete with the sump oil filter. Fitted to vehicles using the ZF 6-speed automatic transmission, the sump collects and contains automatic transmission fluid at the base of the gearbox and integrates the transmission oil filter into the pan assembly. Located on the underside of the transmission, the pan provides a sealed reservoir for fluid circulation, accommodates the filter element that removes wear particles and contaminants from the fluid flow, and incorporates the drain area, sealing flange and gasket interface to the transmission case. This assembly is part of the transmission external components and should be replaced if damaged, corroded or when the filter element is being renewed during service.
