LR016318 is a Fuel Pressure Regulator for the Td5 Euro III fuel system. Fitted to the fuel block/connector assembly on the 2.5-litre 5-cylinder Td5 Euro III engine family used in affected Defender and Discovery 2 models, the regulator controls and stabilises fuel rail pressure by modulating return flow to the tank. This three-pipe design (dedicated feed, return and reference ports) ensures consistent pressure to the injectors, helping maintain correct fuel metering across varying engine speeds and loads and reducing demand on the high-pressure pump.
Please note: Supersedes MSO000080. You will require the gasket under part number MSX000010.
