LR018465 is an Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve - Left Hand - 2.7 TDV6 - Euro 3. Fitted to the 2.7 TDV6 engine's emissions system, this left-hand valve controls the amount of exhaust gas routed back into the intake to reduce NOx emissions and maintain correct combustion characteristics. It is located on the left-hand side of the cylinder head and responds to engine management commands to vary the recirculation rate; a valve that sticks or fails can cause rough running, increased emissions or engine management warnings.
Please note: When fitting replace the inlet valve gasket (part number 1336561) and the outlet valve gasket (part number 1331267). The corresponding right-hand valve is part number LR018466.
