LR051528 is an injector return pipe assembly that routes injector leak-off fuel into the vehicle fuel return system on 2.2 CR DI (DW12) diesel engines. The pipe collects fuel that leaks past the injector seals and consolidates the individual injector leak-off lines so returned fuel can be routed away from the injectors and back to the tank or return rail. Correct seating of the pipe connectors at each injector return port and secure mounting to the engine are required to avoid vibration or contact with hot components; minor damage, cracks or loose fittings can cause a fuel odour or external leakage and should be inspected when injector work is carried out.
