LR072369 is a Power Tailgate Control Module fitted to the Body Electrics system. It manages the powered tailgate and associated sensors by interpreting inputs from the tailgate switch, the remote and vehicle networks to control motor drive, latch actuation and limit positions. The unit monitors position and safety sensors and exchanges status, fault and diagnostic messages with other Body Electrics modules over the vehicle network to assist workshop diagnosis.
