LR073369 is a left hand lower front suspension arm. Fitted to Discovery 4 vehicles with four-corner air suspension, this arm locates the lower control point of the front suspension and forms the lower control link between the chassis and the front steering knuckle. Positioned beneath the wheel hub, it transmits braking, cornering and steering loads into the front suspension subframe and helps maintain correct wheel alignment geometry and ride-height control when the air suspension operates. The arm contains bonded or pressed-in bushes that absorb lateral and fore-aft forces; wear in these bushes commonly causes knocking noises or excess play at low speeds. Because these bushes are not normally designed for separate renewal, replacement of the complete arm is the recommended repair method. For refit, use bolt kit DA7205.
