LR079937 is a fuel supply manifold fitted to 2.0 TIVCT/GTDI petrol engines. It routes pressurised fuel from the delivery pipe to the injector rails on the intake side of the engine and provides the mounting for the fuel pressure sensor so engine management can monitor rail pressure. The manifold matches the engine inlet geometry and its internal passages maintain consistent pressure and flow to each injector; physical damage or degraded seals can cause fuel leakage or pressure loss and will affect engine running.
