MTC8293 is a left-hand rear sill panel that forms the outer sill on the left-hand rear side of the bodyshell, providing the finished lower edge where the rear door and floor meet. It replaces the damaged or corroded outer sill section on short-wheelbase Defender (L315) bodywork, reinstating the finished profile beneath the rear door aperture and tying into the floor and inner sill sections to restore the vehicle's bodyline and provide a solid mounting edge for trim and thresholds.
