MUC6659 is a left-hand crossbrace for the radiator grille and slam panel on Defender models. Fitted to the left-hand side of the grille and top panel area, this structural member locates the radiator grille relative to the slam panel, provides the mounting surface for surrounding trim and panel fixings and helps retain the geometry of the slam panel during normal driving loads and minor impacts. The crossbrace resists torsional and impact loads across the front corner of the bodywork and aligns with factory mounting points to help maintain correct bonnet and grille clearance.
