MUC8736 is a drop-down tailgate assembly that forms the lower folding tailboard on pickup bodies. Fitted as the lower hinged tailboard, it mounts to the body hinges and operates as a cable-retained drop-down panel to provide a wide access point for loading and unloading cargo on pickup variants; the assembly is secured in the closed position by a cotter antiluce.
Please note: The tailgate retaining cables are part number BYC500070 and the cotter antiluce that keeps the tailgate closed is part number MUC8748.
