NRC2053 is an Engine and Gearbox Mounting Rubber used to secure the gearbox to the chassis on 4-cylinder petrol Land Rover Series models. It is a bonded rubber mount that locates the engine or gearbox relative to the chassis while isolating torsional and vibratory forces from the engine and transmission, reducing noise and harshness passed into the vehicle body.
