NRC6352 is a heater coolant hose that connects the heater coolant circuit to the engine coolant pipe (see part NRC6912). It is fitted to left-hand-drive Defender models with the 3.5 V8 petrol engine to allow coolant flow between the heater circuit and the engine coolant pipe.
