NRC8044 is a front coil spring for the driver side. Fitted to the front suspension on the driver side of Defender 110 models, the spring sits between the lower suspension arm and the vehicle body, supports the vehicle's static weight at the front axle, establishes ride height under standard duty conditions and works with the damper to control vertical wheel movement. The spring is identified by a white stripe colour code to denote the standard duty rating for Defender 110 applications; correct orientation during installation is important, with the tighter coils facing upwards.
Please note: When fitting the spring, the tighter coils need to be at the top.
