NRC8690 is a brake master cylinder that supplies hydraulic pressure to the split-circuit (dual-line) braking system fitted to long-wheelbase Series chassis and Land Rover Defender 110 and 130 non-ABS models up to VIN HA901219. It converts pedal force into hydraulic pressure, distributes that pressure to separate brake circuits and interfaces with the brake servo where fitted, providing redundancy through the split-circuit design.
Please note: Some options are supplied without the brake fluid reservoir; you will need to fit your existing reservoir when installing this cylinder.
