NTC9812 is an air suspension dryer mounted on the vehicle's air suspension block. The dryer removes water vapour and particulate contamination from the compressed-air circuit that serves the suspension, helping to maintain a drier air supply to valves, solenoids and air springs and so reducing the risk of valve corrosion, frozen lines and premature air spring deterioration. Routine replacement of the dryer is part of maintaining the air supply integrity on vehicles fitted with air ride suspension.
