Land Rover Part Number: RBM100223 - Front Anti-Roll Bar Drop Link Assembly
RBM100223 is a Front Anti-Roll Bar Drop Link Assembly. It secures the front anti-roll bar to the suspension upright on Discovery 2 vehicles and can be fitted to either side. This unit is suitable for Discovery 2 models with or without the Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE) system and is compatible with vehicles fitted with air suspension where the anti-roll bar assembly applies. Use the compatibility data below to confirm fitment against your V.I.N.
When replacing a worn or damaged drop link, both left and right links should be changed at the same time to maintain balanced suspension behaviour and even wear. Typical failure signs are noise from the front suspension over bumps or increased body roll. Use standard workshop procedures for suspension disassembly and the torque values specified in the vehicle workshop manuals.

Frequently Asked Questions
RBM100223 transfers roll-control loads between the front anti-roll bar and the suspension on Discovery 2 vehicles. Fitted at each end of the anti-roll bar, the link uses a short link and either a ball-joint or bush to transmit lateral forces during cornering, reducing body roll and helping to keep tyre contact more consistent. Common symptoms of a worn link are knocks or rattles over bumps and increased body roll; when replacing, fit both left and right links together to maintain balanced suspension behaviour.
