Land Rover Part Number: RTC3515 - Halfshaft End Felt Oil Seal - Output Shaft - 10 Spline
RTC3515 is a halfshaft end felt oil seal for the 10-spline output shaft. Fitted at the halfshaft end of the output shaft, the felt and rubber seal limits oil ingress to the axle hub and bearing area, helping to protect the hub bearings from contamination.

RTC3515 is fitted at the halfshaft end of the output shaft to prevent axle or gearbox oil reaching the hub and bearing area. The felt element provides a physical barrier while the rubber lip maintains a close seal around the shaft; if the seal fails or becomes saturated, oil can contaminate the hub bearings and cause premature wear.
