RTC6395 is a water pump assembly for the 200Tdi engine. Fitted to the cooling system, the pump circulates coolant through the engine block, cylinder head and radiator to manage operating temperature. The gasket for this water pump is part number ERR388. As a mechanical coolant pump it seals to the timing cover or pump housing and should be inspected regularly for bearing wear, impeller damage or external leaks; replace the pump if there is noise, leakage or a loss of coolant circulation to restore correct coolant flow.
