RVT500010 is a Coil - Shut-Off Valve fitted to the Active Anti-Roll Bar system valve block. This coil operates the shut-off/pressure control valve used by the roll stability control system and is specified to the valve block configuration for the applicable vehicle VIN range.
When energised the coil produces the magnetic force that moves the internal solenoid spool, altering hydraulic flow and pressure within the roll stability control circuit. By switching or modulating pressure the valve block can isolate or connect the active anti-roll bar actuators, allowing the vehicle to change roll stiffness for on-road stability or to permit additional wheel articulation off-road when the bar is disconnected.
