STC1139 is a fuel tank level sender designed for the 90 inch wheelbase Defender. Fitted into the fuel tank, this level sender provides the vehicle's fuel-level signal to the dashboard gauge; the sender's float arm moves with the fuel level and operates the internal sensor to vary the electrical output to the instrument. This listing is for the level sender unit only and does not include the fuel pick up. The unit is supplied complete with a new seal and clamp. Not for use on 6 cylinder and EFi V8 engines.
