STC1190 is a mechanical fuel lift pump fitted to the fuel system of 2.5L diesel engines, including 2.5L naturally aspirated, 2.5L turbo and 200Tdi applications. The pump draws fuel from the tank and delivers a low-pressure feed to the engine's injection pump, and is supplied complete with gasket for straightforward replacement. Its mechanical construction suits engines without electric lift pumps or where the original mechanical lift pump is fitted; fitment is a direct replacement for the listed 2.5 and 200Tdi lift pump installations.
Please note: Prime the pump until full after fitting or the engine will not start.
