Land Rover Part Number: STC3723 - Rear Differential Flange and Mudshield Kit
STC3723 is a rear differential flange and mudshield kit. Fitted to the rear differential, it provides the flange mounting that allows the driveshaft or halfshaft to be bolted to the differential and a mudshield to protect the axle end from debris and water ingress. The kit is supplied for older Land Rover rear axle designs that use a three-bolt flange pattern and is commonly fitted to Discovery and Range Rover Classic vehicles; it replaces both the mechanical mounting face and the external protective shield in a single unit. When fitting, check the flange face and the axle seal seating surface for corrosion or damage before reassembly.
