STC7631 is a single folding side step in black. This spring-loaded step mounts to a vehicle side door aperture and provides a rubber-topped, non-slip surface for entry and exit; the folding mechanism returns the step against the vehicle body when not in use. Fixing is by the supplied bar and fitting kit, and the same unit can be fitted to either the left or right side and to a front or rear side door. Installation is a straightforward mechanical task that typically takes around half an hour. For applications where a dedicated rear door step is required, the corresponding part number STC7632 is the rear door version. The assembly is intended for use on Defender models and is designed to give a secure step while allowing the step to fold away when stowed.
Please note: Supplied with a fitting kit and fitting bar; can be fitted to either side or to front or rear side doors in around half an hour.
