UBP500260 is an oil cooler pipe that connects the gearbox to the external oil cooler. Fitted in the gearbox cooling circuit, it routes transmission oil through the cooler to manage operating temperature. By directing hot transmission oil through the cooler core the pipe helps maintain correct oil viscosity for lubrication and hydraulic control and reduces thermal stress on bearings, seals and clutch packs. The pipe connects to cooler cores, hose assemblies and gearbox fittings; any restriction, damage or leakage in this route will reduce cooling capacity and may allow operating temperatures to rise.
